LIFESTYLE/ BRANDING

If you are looking for specific branding, new marketing material, or you just want to have fun in front of the camera, lifestyle portraits are for you. Great for websites, social media, and any type of portrait branding. Unlike traditional headshots, there are no rules to these lifestyle portrait shots. They are some of my favorite types of shots because they give you the opportunity to get creative in expressing your unique style.

MAKEUP / HAIR

For clients outside of the gender binary, we can talk about your specific hair and makeup goals and price that accordingly; kindly reach out to discuss. Hair and makeup is not required but strongly encouraged. If you were shooting a big film or going on a Broadway stage it would be mandatory to get professional hair and makeup- it will enhance the final product. The artists I work with can stay for just one look or all your looks doing light touch ups. They do an incredible job of making you look camera ready so that we can focus on the work.

EDITS

All edits are done on a first come basis. Expect to get your edit 7-10 days after I receive your selections. This can vary depending on the time of year and how busy my schedule is. I will spend 45 minutes to retouch your image. In most cases this is enough time. If you have any special needs, or requests that would take more than the normal 45 minutes, additional retouching is available and usually costs $50. Some examples of this would include background changes, heavy skin/hair or clothing alterations. If you are not sure if your request is additional please ask. Please note: If you choose against hair/makeup I will have to correct any H&M issues in photoshop and this will take away the amount of time I have to work on the rest of your photo.

DEPOSIT

A $150 deposit is required at the time of booking for all packages.. The deposit is non-refundable (your deposit goes towards the total price for your session). If you find you must reschedule your appointment, a 4 day notice before your shoot date is required in order to use your deposit towards rescheduling. . If you need to reschedule less than 4 days from your session the deposit is forfeited. Please book the date out with whomever you need to and make sure that your day is clear. Let your agents know that you are not available during the time period we will be shooting. This includes last minute auditions. Payment for deposit can be made through Venmo (Todd-Estrin-Photography), Zelle (646.369.0172).

REFUNDS / RESHOOTS / GETTING THE SHOT YOU NEED

It is incredibly important that you love your photos and we will do everything possible to make this happen but refunds or reshoots are not offered. What is offered is an image that reflects the quality of work seen in the online portfolio. Here are some suggestions to help ensure you are happy with the results.

1. Communicate your needs: If you or an agent/manager want something very specific, or if there is a specific background or orientation you like (or don’t) please let us know. If your hair, makeup, or overall “look” needs to be a certain way tell us. If you find it helpful to look at your images while we work please let us know and we will accommodate.

2. Prepare before your session:

Know what outfits you want. Don’t bring your entire wardrobe but make sure you have what you need to choose from.
Know what makeup and hairstyle you want and be able to communicate with our artists. If possible have photos.
Make sure to drink enough water and get enough sleep the week of our work; this will make a difference. If you need a haircut or to do any other routine grooming schedule it a week prior to our appointment.

3. Show up ready to work: Our work together is a collaboration. It is no different than when you are working on stage or in front of a camera for a TV or film job - the more open and available you are the more fun it will be!

COPYRIGHT/USAGE

Clients are welcome to use these images to promote themselves on their own websites or the websites of their acting representatives, submit prints for potential work or representation, upload to industry websites and blogs such as IMDB, etc. The images may not be used for commercial purposes, or by any 3rd party without my written consent. Please feel free to ask if you're not clear on the reasons behind limitations on usage.
